What you will do

• Provide personalized strategies in financial planning, investment management, insurance, and retirement preparation.
• Develop genuine, long-term relationships with potential clients based on shared goals and values.
• Educate and empower clients to make informed decisions about their investments and financial legacies.
• Build a professional network through local businesses, churches, and nonprofits to drive growth.
• Study for and obtain required professional licenses, including Life, Health, Annuity, and SIE/Series certifications.
• Complete a comprehensive 6-week training program to master best practices in financial advising.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Must be based in or able to work in Fayetteville, AR.
• Ability to pass a satisfactory background check and fingerprinting.
• Strong technical aptitude with business tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.
• Ability to maintain the integrity of sensitive and confidential client information.
