What you will do

• Act as the primary liaison between Product Management and DevOps, translating product priorities into operational and technical actions.
• Manage high-impact incidents involving cloud services, firmware, hardware, connectivity, and device operations under short SLAs.
• Coordinate root cause analysis, cross-team incident swarming, postmortems, and corrective actions through closure.
• Own the lifecycle of reusable embedded components, including firmware modules, SDKs, UI widgets, and shared libraries.
• Establish observability through structured logging, metrics, tracing, crash dumps, telemetry, fleet dashboards, alerting, and SLOs or SLAs.
• Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Security, and external stakeholders on release gates, provisioning, traceability, CI/CD, and operational readiness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience working across Product Management, DevOps, Engineering, firmware, hardware, cloud, and security teams.
• Hands-on familiarity with embedded and edge delivery constraints, including hardware dependencies, real-time performance, long device lifecycles, and intermittent connectivity.
• Understanding of embedded Linux and/or RTOS environments and their impact on operability, logging, and incident response.
• Knowledge of device security practices such as secure boot, key management, vulnerability triage, and software supply-chain controls.
• Proficient written and spoken English required.
