What you will do
- Plan, write, edit, and publish intranet articles, newsletters, and leadership communications.
- Develop presentations, communication toolkits, and stakeholder engagement materials for transformation projects.
- Produce internal content including articles, interviews, employee stories, success cases, and videos.
- Coordinate communication campaigns, editorial planning, and the global communications calendar.
- Maintain internal communication channels, content hubs, and the company intranet.
- Monitor communication performance, collect feedback, and collaborate with stakeholders across functions and regions.
Requirements
- Degree or final-year studies in Communication, Marketing, Media Studies, Languages, Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Creative mindset with an interest in storytelling, employee engagement, and corporate communication.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Proactive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn in an international environment.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with digital communication platforms.
- Experience with video or photo editing tools.
