What you will do

• Lead engineers delivering AI-powered applications for Saudi government clients while ensuring quality and on-time delivery.
• Act as the primary technical contact for government stakeholders, leading workshops, demonstrations, and executive briefings.
• Design, build, and optimize full-stack AI applications, including data pipelines, ML model integrations, APIs, and frontend interfaces.
• Develop and deploy LLM features, AI agents, intelligent automation, and scalable API integrations.
• Partner with product, go-to-market, and government counterparts to define requirements and manage delivery through production.
• Mentor engineers and establish technical standards, processes, and team culture.

Requirements

• 6+ years of software engineering experience, including strong AI/ML engineering and full-stack development experience.
• 3+ years of engineering leadership experience managing and developing high-performing technical teams.
• Hands-on experience building, training, fine-tuning, or deploying ML models and LLM-based applications in production.
• Proficiency across backend services, APIs, data pipelines, and frontend interfaces, including RESTful and AI/ML API integrations.
• Experience in customer-facing or client-embedded engineering roles, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with the Gulf Cooperation Council region is strongly preferred; Arabic language skills are a plus.
