What you will do
- Own and grow ’s business with key clients in the DRC through relationship management and consultative selling.
- Develop and execute short- and long-term plans supporting digital payments adoption and ’s market strategy.
- Promote ’s payment technologies and solutions by communicating their commercial value to clients.
- Analyze client portfolios and market trends to identify opportunities and coordinate tailored solutions with cross-functional teams.
- Advise clients on payment industry trends and best practices while positioning as a trusted partner.
- Coach and develop team members while fostering a high-performance culture.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in business development, sales, or relationship management in payments, financial services, or banking, with a Bachelor’s degree; alternative experience requirements apply for advanced degrees.
- 15+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree or 12 years with an advanced degree is preferred.
- Proven record of revenue growth and strategic client relationship management.
- Leadership experience managing teams in a matrixed organization.
- Ability to navigate complex environments, influence senior stakeholders, and lead change.
- Strong understanding of South Africa’s payments landscape, regulatory environment, and emerging trends.
