Medical Scientific Liaison

Location: Algiers, Algeria; on-premise and field-based, with 90% of time spent in the field

What you will do

• Provide accurate medical information and therapeutic-area/product education to healthcare professionals and other stakeholders.
• Execute field medical strategy and engagement plans for assigned customers in compliance with hirify.global guidance and applicable regulations.
• Deliver medical presentations, educational programs, and scientific collaborations using approved content and real-world data.
• Identify customer insights and opportunities for collaboration, then share relevant findings internally.
• Manage customer-specific projects, strategic medical partnerships, non-interventional studies, and investigator-sponsored research support.
• Build cross-functional relationships with in-country, above-country, and global hirify.global colleagues.

Requirements

• University degree in Medicine or Pharmacy.
• 1–3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including medical or commercial roles.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry codes, policies, and local regulations.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, oral, written, and scientific communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a matrixed, multidisciplinary team and manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to adopt digital technologies, manage medical interactions, and maintain current knowledge of relevant disease states and scientific literature.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in the relevant therapeutic area.
