Location: Hybrid in New York, NY, with at least 3 days per week in the New York office.

What you will do

• Own the full lifecycle of Finance systems projects, from requirements intake and solution design through build, testing, and deployment.
• Build and maintain integrations between NetSuite, ADP, billing and AP tools, and Databricks.
• Deliver technical initiatives including SSRS-to-Databricks reporting migration, PO system implementation, and client portal development.
• Lead NetSuite optimization and direct the ACS support contractor team and additional project contractors.
• Design secure data delivery mechanisms that prevent PHI exposure in Finance workflows.
• Build AI-assisted automation for AP/AR, invoice reconciliation, reporting, and anomaly detection while maintaining the technical backlog.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical engineering or systems integration roles, with autonomous ownership across the project lifecycle.
• Hands-on NetSuite expertise covering configuration, workflows, and integration development.
• Experience building data pipelines and integrations with Databricks or comparable data warehouses.
• Experience integrating payroll and financial systems such as ADP with ERP and reporting platforms.
• Strong understanding of AP/AR, billing, and financial operations, plus experience managing contractors or vendors.
• Demonstrated AI and automation delivery experience and the ability to implement secure solutions in HIPAA-regulated environments.

Nice to have

• Experience directing NetSuite support teams such as ACS.
• Experience with SSRS reporting migration, client portal development, or PO system implementation.
• Familiarity with GitHub, Jira, or similar development and project tracking tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
