Clinical Supply Chain Coordinator

What you will do

• Act as the primary supply chain contact for treatment sites and commercial teams in a designated country or region.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound patient-material logistics, forecasts, carriers, warehouses, and distribution centers.
• Manage supply chain issues and non-conformances while ensuring Chain of Custody and Chain of Identity compliance.
• Schedule cryopreservation and manufacturing capacity and support treatment-site certification, training, and logistics test runs.
• Develop SOPs and Work Instructions, track performance metrics, and drive process improvements.
• Participate in testing and rollout of new operational system solutions.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in pharmaceuticals or another highly regulated environment, preferably in supply chain, logistics, or operations.
• Knowledge of quality systems, cGMP processes, and FDA regulations.
• Ability to interpret technical procedures, reports, systems information, and regulations in a GMP environment.
• Independent working style with strong attention to detail, accuracy, and operational judgment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders in a global, evolving environment.
• Fluent English required.

• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
