TL;DR
Communications Specialist (Aerospace): Developing integrated communications, media, PR, and stakeholder campaigns for lunar transportation, lunar data and payload services, and commercial space initiatives with an accent on strategic messaging, European market positioning, and technical storytelling. Focus on managing influence campaigns, coordinating international communications teams, measuring campaign performance, and supporting conferences and events across the EMEA region.
Location: Luxembourg; on-site

What you will do
- Develop and continuously improve communications strategies aligned with company goals and European business priorities.
- Translate business priorities, value propositions, and key messages into regional, country-level, and international communications plans.
- Plan and execute integrated media, social media, public relations, and content campaigns.
- Manage stakeholder influence campaigns involving European institutions, space agencies, governments, industry partners, customers, investors, researchers, media, and ecosystem influencers.
- Coordinate messaging, media engagement, brand identity, and stakeholder communications with global communications teams.
- Manage conference and event participation, including booths, communications materials, and speaking opportunities.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in strategic communications, corporate communications, or public relations.
- Experience in commercial space, aerospace, defence, deep tech, technology, or another highly regulated industry.
- Proven experience in communications strategy, media relations, integrated communications, and performance measurement.
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills, including the ability to communicate complex technical and commercial topics.
- Strong stakeholder management and experience working across functions and with external agencies.
- Fluent English required; the role is based on-site in Luxembourg.
Nice to have
- Experience in the European space sector or with European institutions and space agencies.
- Experience with European Space Agency programs.
- Additional European language skills.
- Japanese language skills.
