What you will do

• Develop and continuously improve communications strategies aligned with business objectives and regional priorities.
• Translate business priorities, value propositions, and key messages into regional and international communication plans.
• Plan and execute integrated media, social media, public relations, and content campaigns.
• Manage media engagement, external communications partners, and influence campaigns for priority stakeholders.
• Create strategic narratives around lunar transportation, lunar data, payload services, commercial space, and public-private cooperation.
• Coordinate with regional and global communications teams on messaging, branding, campaigns, and stakeholder communications.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in strategic communications, corporate communications, or public relations.
• Experience in commercial space, aerospace, defence, deep-tech, technology, or another highly regulated industry.
• Proven expertise in communications strategy, media relations, and integrated communications.
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills, including the ability to explain complex technical and commercial topics.
• Strong stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, organization, and data-driven performance measurement skills.
• Fluent English required; the role is based on-site in Luxembourg.

Nice to have

• Experience in the European space sector and collaboration with European institutions or space agencies.
• Experience with European Space Agency programs.
• Additional European language.
• Japanese language skills.
