What you will do

• Own client billing data and monthly reconciliations, reducing operational dependency on Data Engineering.
• Develop and maintain BI dashboards and reports using Looker and Snowflake for cross-functional stakeholders.
• Identify and quantify revenue leakage, billing discrepancies, and systemic overbilling causes.
• Automate manual finance data tasks and implement AI tools for anomaly detection and payment attribution.
• Collaborate with the Revenue Lead to validate billing outputs and support Billing 2.0 UAT to ensure data accuracy.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in financial analytics, revenue operations, or billing operations within SaaS or Fintech environments.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and data querying skills, preferably with Snowflake.
• Experience with BI tools such as Looker or Omni.
• Demonstrated ability to own end-to-end billing or reconciliation workflows.
• Must be based in the USA.

Nice to have

• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP configuration.
• Familiarity with payment platforms such as Stripe or PayPal.
• Exposure to AI/ML tooling for workflow automation.
• Experience in healthcare or healthcare payments.
