What you will do
- Direct and develop global infrastructure domains including internal networks, site connectivity, on-premise platforms, and multi-platform endpoint management.
- Define and execute a multi-year Core Infrastructure strategy aligned with enterprise architecture and business priorities.
- Drive the adoption of automation, infrastructure-as-code, and AI-enabled operational practices to improve efficiency and reliability.
- Establish operational frameworks for service management, incident response, and disaster recovery to ensure strict adherence to SLAs and SLOs.
- Manage global budgets, forecasting, and resource allocation for both capital and operating expenditures.
- Lead and mentor a global organization of managers and senior engineers, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Must be based in or have the right to work in London, United Kingdom.
- 12+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, networking, or enterprise IT platforms.
- 5+ years of experience managing managers and leading global, distributed teams.
- Deep expertise in core infrastructure domains such as networking, on-prem infrastructure, or endpoint management.
- Proven track record of operating and evolving large-scale enterprise environments.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders within a complex, matrixed organizational structure.
