TL;DR

Compensation: $40 – $80 per hour

What you will do
- Design and implement multi-file coding tasks covering bug fixing, feature development, refactoring, and testing.
- Write clear natural-language specifications and develop correct reference implementations.
- Create and extend comprehensive unit and integration test suites.
- Review peer-generated tasks for technical correctness, clarity, and realism.
- Identify edge cases, ambiguities, and potential failure modes in coding scenarios.
Requirements
- Location: Argentina-based experts only.
- 3–7 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Working knowledge of Java, C#, or Go.
- Experience with backend or full‑stack development in production systems.
- English: Advanced professional written proficiency.
