Client Services Intern (Fintech)

Location: Onsite in Milan, Italy. Starting in November; minimum six-month internship.

Salary: Gross reimbursement of €800 plus a ticket restaurant benefit.

What you will do

• Provide first-line support to clients with daily trading activities, configurations, and operational issues by phone, email, or onsite.
• Escalate cases to second-level support and maintain accurate client records.
• Monitor market processes, transactions, and client-dedicated services.
• Support Sales with client onboarding, account management, responses, and GUI demonstrations.
• Collaborate with MTS groups to resolve market issues and implement improvements.
• Create, manage, and delete client users and distribute messages to market participants.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Computer Engineering, or Management Engineering.
• Fluent English.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Knowledge of financial instruments, financial markets, and statistical analysis.
• Ability to work in teams and interact with senior managers and clients.
• Strong communication, organizational, precision, and flexibility skills.
