What you will do

• Lead the design and engineering of software systems and platform services for the AI/ML Platform.
• Implement and optimize MLOps practices across the full machine learning development lifecycle.
• Design and implement automated deployment pipelines for machine learning models and artifacts.
• Build scalable infrastructure for model training, inference, and large-scale data processing.
• Develop low-latency prediction services and robust monitoring/logging systems to track platform efficiency.
• Collaborate with researchers, data engineers, and product managers to deliver platform capabilities.

Requirements

• Must be based in Ontario, Canada (Toronto or Remote).
• Expertise in MLOps and building scalable AI/ML platform infrastructure.
• Experience automating large-scale data transformation and orchestration tasks.
• Ability to provide architectural direction for critical platform components.
• Knowledge of model governance, version control for ML, and security compliance standards.
