Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 + Bonus

What you will do
- Partner with leaders to translate business objectives into actionable hiring strategies across the UK, Austria, and the US.
- Deliver monthly and quarterly TA insights on pipeline health and talent velocity to senior leadership.
- Design and facilitate interactive interview training sessions to elevate assessment capabilities across all departments.
- Manage the full-lifecycle recruiting process, from role calibration and multi-channel sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Implement and standardize competency-based interview frameworks.
- Leverage AI automation and recruiting analytics to drive operational excellence.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a TA Business Partner, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Experience managing both technical (Engineering/Product) and commercial/operational roles.
- Experience navigating multi-region hiring strategies across the UK, US, or Europe/Austria.
- Strong ability to influence senior leadership using market data and commercial acumen.
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter and talent analytics tools.
- Must be able to work hybrid (3 days onsite) in the London office.
