What you will do

• Execute end-to-end data analyses of product telemetry to solve business problems and deliver actionable insights.
• Set up and maintain product analytics tooling (Heap, ContentSquare) and manage the tracking taxonomy.
• Collaborate with product and business teams to scope analytics requests and present findings to stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and recurring reports for business monitoring.
• Validate data quality and sanity-check AI-generated SQL and metric calculations from the AI analytics platform.
• Contribute to the team's knowledge and adoption of AI-driven analytics best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis within a SaaS environment.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, particularly with large datasets in cloud warehouses (Snowflake strongly preferred).
• Experience building dashboards and reports using visualization tools.
• Ability to communicate technical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Must be based in Ireland (Virtual Office or Galway).

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Snowflake (stored procedures, semantic views, Cortex Analyst).
• Expertise in product analytics platforms like Amplitude or Google Analytics.
• Experience with event-level data (sessionization, clickstream, funnel analysis).
• Exposure to AI-assisted analytics and evaluating LLM-generated SQL.
• Working knowledge of Python for data analysis and automation.
