What you will do

• Drive periodic title reviews across hirify.global Studios through onsite and virtual sessions.
• Coordinate review preparation with game studios and internal teams including user research, publishing, forecasting, and finance.
• Build alignment and trust among studio teams, executive leadership, and support functions.
• Evaluate studio and game goals to provide actionable insights at key development milestones.
• Share best practices across hirify.global Studios and improve title development frameworks and internal systems.
• Lead special projects beyond the core title review process as required.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in internal game production, including launching a game and holding a leadership role on a game team.
• Strong knowledge of game development lifecycles and industry practices across game types, genres, platforms, and business models.
• Experience reviewing creative, financial, and business deliverables and assessing development progress.
• Excellent communication, diplomacy, planning, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with global teams across cultures and time zones.
• Familiarity with user research, playtesting, and metrics analysis tools.
