What you will do

• Establish and drive the global sound direction and creative vision across hirify.global Studios.
• Partner with executive leadership to align sound strategy with overall organizational goals.
• Lead R&D initiatives and drive audio best practices for AAA game titles.
• Define the global sound technical roadmap and direct investment in new audio tools and technologies.
• Oversee global audio acquisition, recording standards, and external production partnerships.
• Manage global headcount planning, budgeting, and talent strategy for the sound department.

Requirements

• 15+ years of audio leadership experience within AAA game development.
• Minimum of 6 shipped AAA games in a senior sound leadership role.
• Expertise in interactive audio and advanced authoring tools such as Wwise, FMOD, or proprietary engines.
• Strong understanding of multidisciplinary development workflows (AI, animation, level design, physics).
• Must be based in the United States.
• Exceptional executive communication, presentation, and organizational leadership skills.
