What you will do

• Translate hirify.global Pay growth priorities into annual and quarterly marketing plans.
• Own ATL media, social media, community management, and local customer education content.
• Manage agencies and creative execution while maintaining brand compliance and message consistency.
• Build campaign calendars with acquisition and activation teams, separating awareness from conversion objectives.
• Track reach, engagement, traffic, and ROI, and optimize media mix and creative execution.
• Share market insights and campaign results with growth planning stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 2+ years with an advanced degree.
• Experience leading consumer marketing in fintech, payments, telecommunications, or consumer technology.
• Strong knowledge of ATL, digital, social, community, and agency management.
• Proven performance-marketing measurement and optimization capabilities.
• Ability to localize messaging and simplify product education.
• Strong planning, budget management, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
