What you will do

• Manage ingredient orders for the China market, including plant products and traded materials.
• Coordinate with manufacturing sites and logistics providers to execute shipments according to customer requirements.
• Handle customer service and purchasing activities, including enquiries, order processing, samples, supplier and customer feedback, and complaints.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports to support the sales team.
• Maintain sales contracts, import/export documents, payment records, and related files.
• Process purchase requests and orders and maintain SAP data for materials, customers, and vendors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 3 years of professional experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Proficient spoken English is required.
• Experience in a B2B environment, customer communication, relationship management, negotiation, and active listening.
• Strong administrative and document-control skills with basic computer proficiency.
• Problem-solving ability, curiosity, willingness to learn, and collaborative working style.
