TL;DR
Senior Associate, Identity Governance Engineering (Cybersecurity): Designing, building, and supporting SailPoint Identity Security Cloud solutions for enterprise identity lifecycle management with an accent on custom connectors, JML workflows, RBAC and ABAC access models, and automated provisioning. Focus on developing REST API and SCIM integrations, troubleshooting complex implementation issues, and maintaining secure, compliant IGA operations aligned with SOX, HIPAA, and NIST requirements.

Location: Greece — Thessaloniki, Chortiatis; hybrid work

What you will do

  • Design, develop, configure, and support SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC/IdentityNow) solutions, including custom connectors, provisioning patterns, forms, and workflows.
  • Manage end-to-end identity lifecycle processes, including Joiner, Mover, and Leaver workflows.
  • Design and implement RBAC and ABAC access models and automated provisioning and deprovisioning across enterprise applications.
  • Develop and support REST API, SCIM, and other enterprise identity integrations.
  • Lead technical discovery, requirements gathering, solution design workshops, troubleshooting, and post-go-live support with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Maintain technical documentation, SailPoint administration, operational stability, and compliance support for SOX, HIPAA, and NIST controls.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience designing, implementing, and supporting SailPoint ISC/IdentityNow or similar IGA tools.
  • Hands-on experience with identity lifecycle management, RBAC and ABAC, automated provisioning and deprovisioning, REST APIs, SCIM, and enterprise identity integrations.
  • Strong troubleshooting, administration, operational support, and understanding of IGA principles and best practices.
  • Experience supporting SOX, HIPAA, and NIST compliance requirements.
  • Proficient business English, written and verbal, is required. Strong communication, consulting, collaboration, adaptability, and problem-solving skills are expected.

Nice to have

  • Experience integrating SailPoint with Active Directory, Entra ID, Okta, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Workday, and other identity-connected platforms.
  • Expertise in access certification campaigns, identity governance, and segregation of duties controls.
  • Familiarity with IGA tools beyond SailPoint.
  • SailPoint Identity Security Cloud certification.
