Location: Hybrid in Vilnius or Kaunas, with flexibility to work from home or anywhere in the world.

Salary: From €9,000 gross per month, depending on experience and skills.

What you will do

• Own the data function across engineering, governance, reporting, analytics, and product analytics.
• Fix end-to-end tracking and improve attribution quality for marketing and business decisions.
• Set priorities across data infrastructure, governance, analytics, and exploratory data science.
• Establish data quality checks and standards that make reporting reliable.
• Build data literacy and self-service tools so business teams can answer routine questions independently.
• Hire, develop, and lead a high-performing data organization.

Requirements

• Experience operating at millions-of-customers scale in a subscription, consumer, or high-volume product business.
• Strong hands-on background in both data engineering and analytics, including data pipelines and analytical work.
• Proven experience building and growing high-performing data teams.
• Strong prioritization and judgment when balancing immediate business needs with long-term governance and infrastructure.
• Strategic, results-driven mindset with the ability to connect data initiatives to revenue and business outcomes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including influencing senior leadership.
