Salary: $35.00 per hour, equivalent to approximately $6,066 per month.

What you will do

• Manage multiple cross-functional projects from planning through execution.
• Coordinate recurring meetings, agendas, notes, project plans, diagrams, and status updates.
• Work with subject matter experts to define tasks, dependencies, ownership, and timelines.
• Balance competing priorities, build consensus, and maintain project momentum.
• Apply change management principles and build trusted stakeholder relationships.

Requirements

• U.S. Person status is required because the role involves access to ITAR-controlled information.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Finance, Engineering, IT, or a related field preferred.
• 5–7 years of project management experience.
• Experience presenting to senior leadership and communicating through written, verbal, Excel, and PowerPoint formats.
• Exposure to Agile and Waterfall methodologies and familiarity with change management frameworks such as Prosci.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project or Planner, and PowerPoint.

• PMP certification.
