Sr. Production Manager (Live Sports)

Location: Full-time onsite in Stamford, Connecticut, at an hirify.global-designated worksite. Requires frequent early mornings, weekends, evenings, holidays, and domestic travel, including occasional short-notice travel. Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States is required.

What you will do

• Lead production management for Premier League studio programs, remote productions, match coverage, Fan Fests, the Summer Series, and special projects.
• Coordinate Production, Operations, Technical Management, Talent, Finance, league partners, vendors, venues, and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee crew and talent travel, accommodations, credentials, catering, shipping, facilities, and onsite operational support.
• Develop and maintain production schedules, call sheets, planning documents, records, and shared operational resources.
• Manage production budgets, forecasting, expenses, invoices, purchasing card reconciliation, and financial reporting.
• Manage vendors and freelance staffing while resolving operational issues and improving production workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and relevant professional experience.
• 7+ years of experience in television production, live sports production, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end live sports production workflows across studio and remote environments.
• Experience managing logistics, scheduling, travel, budgets, vendors, production services, and freelance crewing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and production planning tools; ability to learn internal financial and production systems.
• Must work full-time onsite in Stamford, CT and have unrestricted U.S. work authorization.

• Experience with Smartsheet.
• Passion for live sports, especially soccer, and familiarity with the global nature of Premier League production.
• Strong project management, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
