What you will do

• Lead end-to-end business performance, including financial results and operational outcomes for a digital entertainment game.
• Define success metrics and establish performance reporting and review rhythms to inform strategy and investment.
• Build strategic rituals and relationships across the studio, global publisher, parent company, and central teams.
• Develop and manage the annual business calendar, strategic planning, and financial cycles.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders in development and publishing to set a unified growth vision.
• Lead internal and external stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, and PR.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in general management, including business strategy, organizational design, HR, and financial management.
• Proven track record of leading a mid-size studio, game, or publisher.
• Experience as an Executive Producer or General Manager for a game is strongly desired.
• Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and resolve conflicts at all organizational levels.
• Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or Human Resources.
• Fluent English proficiency required.
• Must be based in London, United Kingdom.
