Manager Remote Tower Projects (Air Traffic Management): Building and leading the organisation responsible for delivering safety-critical remote air traffic management systems with an accent on system engineering, integration, project governance, and customer delivery. Focus on developing engineering teams, coordinating software, hardware, and suppliers, and scaling deployment of mobile ATM solutions across complex operational environments.
Location: Preferably based in Växjö, Sweden, with collaboration across Göteborg and other sites and travel to customer locations. Security vetting is required, and additional citizenship obligations may apply for positions requiring security clearance.

What you will do
- Build, lead, and develop a growing organisation of System Engineers.
- Ensure end-to-end delivery of remote air traffic management projects across scope, quality, cost, and timeline.
- Establish and improve project governance, delivery models, integration planning, and deployment readiness.
- Coordinate software, hardware, systems, suppliers, project managers, product development, and other stakeholders.
- Lead risk management, supplier performance, continuous improvement, standardisation, and scalable deployment practices.
- Act as a senior escalation point and contribute to strategic development within the global Project Execution leadership team.
Requirements
- Extensive experience leading project delivery organisations, programmes, or engineering-driven delivery teams.
- Strong leadership experience, including building teams and developing engineers.
- Solid understanding of project governance, system delivery, risk management, and full technical-system lifecycles.
- Experience in regulated, safety-critical, or mission-critical environments.
- Strong customer, stakeholder management, communication, and continuous-improvement skills.
- Fluency in English and Swedish, both written and spoken, is required.
