What you will do
- Generate transportation documentation and ensure all required information is complete.
- Manage operational relationships with transport suppliers and implement transportation plans and processes.
- Validate transportation invoices and allocate expenses accurately.
- Create and maintain transport records, shipment information, and supporting documentation.
- Schedule deliveries, track shipments, and respond to routine customer and carrier queries.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience supporting customs clearance and import compliance activities.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build relationships with internal customers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and external partners.
- Working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Commitment to high-quality service and effective internal customer support.
