What you will do

• Develop system-level validation plans, test strategies, and test cases based on product requirements.
• Execute validation activities covering functionality, performance, stress, and corner-case scenarios.
• Perform detailed debugging and root cause analysis of system-level failures.
• Set up and maintain lab environments, test benches, and measurement setups.
• Collaborate with hardware, software, and firmware teams to ensure full test coverage and support system bring-up.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts and validation frameworks to improve efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–8+ years of experience in system validation.
• Strong understanding of system-level interactions between hardware and software.
• Hands-on experience with lab instruments and embedded systems (analog/mixed-signal).
• Programming and scripting skills in Python and C/C++.
• Experience in regulated industries, specifically automotive, is required.
