What you will do

• Review installation prerequisites for applications and MES environments, identifying risks and potential blockers.
• Lead remote installations and deploy applications and MES environments in customer infrastructure.
• Analyze logs, containers, and system events to troubleshoot deployment issues during and after installations.
• Advise customers and internal teams on infrastructure, environments, and deployment responsibilities.
• Collaborate with customers, partners, and colleagues through tickets, email, and meetings.
• Document lessons learned, corrective and preventive actions, and contribute to deployment best practices.

Requirements

• Solid knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes or OpenShift for deployment and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on Linux experience, including networking, volumes, logs, and services.
• Experience configuring virtual machines, snapshots, and environments in VMware or Hyper-V.
• Strong investigative and problem-solving skills with a log-oriented troubleshooting approach.
• Excellent spoken and written English required for collaboration with international stakeholders.
• Strong organization, time management, attention to detail, communication skills, and initiative.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Kafka and ClickHouse.
• Manufacturing domain knowledge, particularly in semiconductor, electronics, medical devices, or industrial equipment.
• Experience with SQL Server or the ITIL framework.
• Exposure to data platforms for operational reporting and analytics.
