Location: Hybrid in London, UK (Relocation support and UK work permits provided)

What you will do

• Support traders during ad-hoc market events and troubleshoot live trading systems.
• Develop new reports, analysis tools, and GUIs to improve trading strategies.
• Design and maintain data visualizations for actionable market insights.
• Manage service deployments to ensure environment reliability and performance.
• Perform trade reconciliation to ensure accuracy of economics and settlement.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Python (coding experience through work, study, or projects).
• Solid quantitative and analytical skills.
• Strong curiosity and willingness to learn HFT, market making, and quantitative trading.
• Must be able to work from the London office (Hybrid).
