What you will do

• Build and execute partnership strategies, including enterprise training, joint operations, and stakeholder alignment.
• Manage the full partnership lifecycle from implementation through expansion and renewal.
• Understand customer needs and develop joint AI solutions with financial institutions.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and go-to-market teams to deliver solutions and create strong user experiences.
• Define partnership KPIs, reporting systems, and success measurement frameworks.
• Build executive-level relationships and help secure multi-million-dollar contracts.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a front-office finance role.
• Professional fluency in both Japanese and English.
• Outstanding project management, communication, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Action-oriented approach with strong creative problem-solving and execution skills.
• Ability to work autonomously, handle ambiguity, and collaborate effectively.

Nice to have

• Experience as an early employee at a hyper-growth startup.
