Senior Product Designer (Rider Incentives)

Location: Tallinn, Estonia; hybrid work with at least 12 in-office days per month

What you will do

• Own and evolve incentives and Bolt Plus experiences across rider and driver applications.
• Translate complex campaign, engagement, loyalty, and subscription flows into simple user experiences.
• Design consistent experiences across home, pricing, ordering, in-ride, and post-ride surfaces.
• Partner with Incentives, Bolt Plus, Pricing, Growth, product, and engineering teams to align user needs with business goals.
• Prototype and test concepts rapidly to validate ideas and reduce ambiguity.
• Influence product direction and ensure feasible, high-quality execution.

Requirements

• Senior-level product design experience with a portfolio demonstrating exceptional UI craftsmanship.
• Ability to design within complex, two-sided systems and interpret business metrics related to campaigns, loyalty, and subscriptions.
• Strong product thinking, storytelling, stakeholder influence, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills.
• Experience giving constructive feedback and elevating the work of other designers.
• Fluent English communication is required.
• Fluent use of AI tools across exploration, concept generation, prototyping, and daily design workflows.
