Salary: CAD 107,000–157,300 per year

What you will do
- Design, develop, refactor, test, deliver, and maintain complex features across desktop applications, components, and cloud services.
- Own major software components from design through delivery and make technical decisions within the assigned domain.
- Prototype and implement production-grade software while improving product quality and user experience through feedback.
- Collaborate with product owners, experience designers, product managers, and engineers across teams to deliver shared outcomes.
- Write unit and integration tests, troubleshoot performance issues, and support system stability.
- Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and contribute to technical direction and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in large-scale software development and completion of at least two commercial software development cycles.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in software engineering or equivalent experience.
- Advanced C++ programming skills and extensive experience with Visual Studio toolsets.
- Experience with object-oriented analysis and design, performance tuning, debugging, system analysis, and complex problem-solving.
- Experience with C#, .NET, Python, cloud services, web technologies, databases, and CI/CD or DevOps practices.
- Background or education in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction industry, plus familiarity with computational geometry and AI technologies.
