What you will do

• Manage customer trust and security assurance processes, including responding to security inquiries and risk assessments.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer security reviews, partnering with internal teams to provide accurate responses.
• Maintain and improve security documentation and response materials to align with current systems and controls.
• Support compliance initiatives for SOC 2, ISO 27001, ISO 42001, EU AI Act, UK Cyber Essentials, and GDPR.
• Analyze common themes in customer inquiries to drive continuous improvement of security and compliance practices.
• Streamline and scale trust-related workflows as enterprise customer volume grows.

Requirements

• Experience in customer-facing security, compliance, or trust functions at a SaaS or cloud-native company.
• Ability to translate technical security concepts into clear, concise written responses.
• Understanding of enterprise security expectations regarding cloud infrastructure, access control, and data protection.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple parallel requests without sacrificing quality.
• Clear communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be based in New York City for on-site work

Nice to have

• Experience with security questionnaires, audits, or third-party risk assessments.
• Exposure to cloud security concepts such as AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, and IAM.
• Experience scaling GRC or compliance processes within growing organizations.
• Prior experience supporting enterprise customers in the financial services sector.
