Location: Onsite at Athi River School in Athi River, Kenya; immediate start required.

What you will do
- Plan and deliver curriculum-aligned lessons, activities, games, projects, field trips, and other experiential learning experiences.
- Provide a safe, secure, orderly, and supportive environment for students as they learn and play.
- Prepare teaching aids and maintain clean, safe learning and play equipment.
- Observe, assess, and document student progress and development through reports for school leaders and parents.
- Establish behaviour expectations, supervise students, and assist with transport-related duties such as bus loading and unloading.
- Attend professional meetings, conferences, and teacher training workshops to strengthen teaching practice.
Requirements
- TSC certification and a degree in Education or diploma in ECDE required.
- 1–2 years of teaching experience.
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexibility and the ability to work effectively with uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a willingness to address issues thoroughly.
