Senior Specialist CoE Learning Europe (Automotive)

What you will do

• Implement the global Learning & Development strategy across the European region, including processes, concepts, tools, systems, and templates.
• Translate regional and local business targets, legal requirements, and audit requirements into learning concepts aligned with global standards.
• Design, coordinate, and execute regional and local learning processes and target-group-specific content.
• Manage learning resources, including providers, instructors, rooms, budgets, and KPIs.
• Consult HR Business Partners, ERP, and shared service centers on regional learning topics and processes.
• Promote regional learning offers and analyze learning trends across Europe.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in human resources management, psychology, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of professional experience in Talent Development, ideally in the automotive industry.
• Experience designing strategic Talent Development concepts and targeted learning offers.
• Solid experience steering learning projects and working with stakeholders at different levels.
• Fluent English, spoken and written, is required.
