What you will do

• Act as the primary contact for clients and partners, providing clear explanations of operational activities and service levels.
• Coordinate between clients, support, and development teams to resolve issues and find compromises.
• Assist in task formulation and provide guidance and training to less experienced team members.
• Collect and analyze statistical data to improve operational efficiency and service delivery.
• Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with clients.
• Manage high-intensity workloads with flexibility in scheduling.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
• English: B2-C1 proficiency (written).
• Ability to work independently and adapt to ongoing process refinements.
• Strong skills in troubleshooting hardware and software functionalities.

Nice to have

• Experience with trading and distributed ledger technologies (DLT).
• Basic understanding of how APIs work.
