General Manager (Hong Kong & Taiwan)

Focus on driving sales partnerships, overseeing cross-functional teams, and expanding the consumer base within the APAC region.

Location: Hong Kong (Hybrid: average of 3 days per week in the office)

What you will do

• Deliver business KPI targets and establish a sustainable growth platform for the brand in Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan.
• Lead the Sales team to build strong customer partnerships aligned with global business strategies.
• Oversee approximately 45 employees across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Analytics, and HR.
• Develop a long-term success roadmap with a balance of strategic goals and short-term wins.
• Manage relationships with key external stakeholders, industry leaders, and regulatory bodies.
• Cultivate a high-performance team culture and develop a diverse talent pipeline for future leadership.

Requirements

• Proven track record in a General Manager position or senior leadership within Sales & Marketing.
• Experience working within a global context and collaborating within matrix organizations.
• Direct P&L responsibility and experience in long-term strategic planning (3-year horizon).
• Strong stakeholder management skills and high level of strategic acumen.
• Must be based in or able to work from Hong Kong.

• Work experience specifically within Asia, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.
