Traforama is looking for a Head of Advertiser Success to build a clear, structured client-service function and personally manage key advertiser accounts in the initial phase. The goal of this role is straightforward: build a robust service framework, support active clients, drive their growth, reduce churn, and win back lapsed advertisers.

Full job description:

We're looking for:
- 4+ years of experience in an ad network, SSP, DSP, or media buying
- Proven track record leading Client Success or Account Management teams
- Strong hands-on knowledge of campaign management and advertiser support
- English C1+ and fluent Russian
