What you will do

• Define AML/CTF standards and ensure local procedures are implemented and maintained.
• Develop compliance initiatives, policies, procedures, monitoring programs, and regulatory reporting.
• Oversee investigations of suspicious activity, AML/CTF incidents, and escalated cases.
• Review CDD/EDD cases and FIU suspicious transaction reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain the register of reports submitted to the FIU and perform ongoing quality sampling.
• Deliver AML/CTF training and provide hands-on support to the investigations team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
• 8–12 years of experience in a similar AML/CTF or financial crime compliance role.
• Fluent English and Arabic.
• Advanced knowledge of compliance requirements and regulations.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to work with financial crimes leadership, regulators, and law enforcement bodies, including SAMA and FIU.
