What you will do

• Gather stakeholder needs and translate them into product specifications and actionable developer tickets.
• Execute product discovery, validate hypotheses, write user stories, and prioritize the roadmap.
• Coordinate technology, support, and business stakeholders throughout feature delivery.
• Design A/B tests, analyze results, and iterate on product decisions.
• Track KPIs, evaluate feature performance, and validate new product ideas.
• Maintain clear reporting and documentation in Jira and Confluence.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, and Perplexity.
• Confident use of Jira, Confluence, and Google Sheets.
• Understanding of product discovery, release cycles, feature evaluation frameworks, and basic project management.
• Analytical, systematic, and data-driven approach with the ability to identify risks.
• Strong written and verbal communication, task decomposition, workflow structuring, and attention to detail.
• Flexibility, initiative, self-management, and a growth mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience working on an AI product or in a SaaS startup.
