What you will do

• Design oral solid-dose formulations (capsules, tablets) and sterile injectable formulations for peptide pipelines.
• Manage end-to-end encapsulation, blending, and aseptic processing, including powder characterization and scale-up.
• Develop reproducible techniques for challenging actives such as Bromantane, Modafinil, and GLP-1 analogs.
• Establish the analytical backbone, including dissolution testing, potency assays, and stability programs (ICH Q1A).
• Author comprehensive master formulation records, batch records, specifications, and SOPs.
• Collaborate with sourcing and QC on raw-material specifications and supplier qualification.

Requirements

• Approbation als Apotheker/in (German pharmacist license) or an EU-recognized pharmacy qualification with a path to German licensure.
• 5+ years of hands-on formulation experience in pharma, nutraceuticals, or compounding.
• Expertise in oral solid-dose and at least one of: sterile injectables or topicals.
• Deep working knowledge of EU GMP (EudraLex Vol. 4), Annex 1, and ApBetrO.
• Working proficiency in German for regulatory and documentation contexts.
• Strong rigor with documentation, batch records, and clean data trails.

Nice to have

• Experience with peptide formulations and lyophilization.
• Background in a German Herstellungsapotheke or EU-licensed contract manufacturer.
• Hands-on experience with HPLC, dissolution apparatus, and particle sizing.
• Familiarity with the peptide/longevity therapeutic landscape.
