What you will do
- Architect and implement backend microservices using Python, Node.js, or Go.
- Design and optimize relational and NoSQL data models, queries, and database performance.
- Build secure, documented REST and GraphQL APIs.
- Implement background jobs and message queues.
- Write unit and integration tests, profile performance, and optimize infrastructure costs.
- Collaborate with DevOps on deployment and monitoring.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience designing and building backend services.
- Expertise with PostgreSQL and MongoDB or comparable relational and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with REST and GraphQL API design and documentation.
- Knowledge of Docker and microservices architecture.
- Understanding of authentication, authorization, and security best practices.
- Cloud experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure, plus strong data-modeling and problem-solving skills.
