What you will do

• Architect and implement backend microservices using Python, Node.js, or Go.
• Design and optimize relational and NoSQL data models, queries, and database performance.
• Build secure, documented REST and GraphQL APIs.
• Implement background jobs and message queues.
• Write unit and integration tests, profile performance, and optimize infrastructure costs.
• Collaborate with DevOps on deployment and monitoring.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience designing and building backend services.
• Expertise with PostgreSQL and MongoDB or comparable relational and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with REST and GraphQL API design and documentation.
• Knowledge of Docker and microservices architecture.
• Understanding of authentication, authorization, and security best practices.
• Cloud experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure, plus strong data-modeling and problem-solving skills.
