What you will do

• Act as a hands-on technical architect and bridge between engineering teams and customer IT, infrastructure, database, and DevOps teams.
• Plan, install, configure, and integrate solutions in physical, virtual, and hybrid IT environments.
• Deliver technical professional services, including product customization, upgrades, troubleshooting, maintenance, and deprecation.
• Define requirements, design roadmaps and features, and improve customer systems architecture.
• Build trusted customer relationships, increase product adoption, and support retention and satisfaction.
• Transfer product knowledge, improve technical documentation, and advocate customer needs internally.

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on experience integrating products in complex technical environments, including APIs, Kubernetes deployments, and network troubleshooting.
• Experience as a Solutions Architect, Solutions Engineer, Pre-Sales Engineer, Technical Account Manager, or equivalent customer-facing technical role.
• Strong knowledge of corporate IT, virtualization, VDI, backup, application management, and production integrations.
• Experience with DevOps build and testing processes, release management, and product lifecycle management.
• Proficiency with Linux, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker, Ansible, Terraform, Python, YAML, and Shell.
• Knowledge of SQL and software development, preferably with Go, Java, or Python, plus strong written and verbal communication skills.
