hirify.global is an international IT company founded in 2011 specializing in high-load software development and provides technology solutions for the iGaming industry worldwide.

Overview

hirify.global is looking for a Corporate IT Systems Administrator to join the global Corporate IT team, providing end-user IT support in the Malta office and remote support to employees in other locations. The candidate will also work on global Corporate IT projects, troubleshooting, being organized, and solving people’s IT queries.

What you will do

  • Provide direct IT support to end-users, logging and documenting all events and changes in the ticketing system.
  • Propose improvements, work on associated tasks, and ensure timely resolution of blockers.
  • Participate in response to IT Security incidents and support the resolution of issues with cloud-based/outsourced IT services.
  • Resolve office infrastructure issues and help with compliance to ISO 27001, GDPR, and other laws.
  • Escalate concerns to management, work with little supervision, and maintain regular communication with IT leadership.
  • Handle company data and physical assets with trustworthiness and accountability.

Requirements

  • Solid understanding of computer system hardware, Microsoft Windows, and Apple MacOS in a domain-based environment.
  • Solid understanding of basic TCP/IP networking, IPv4 addressing, and Domain Name System (DNS).
  • Good understanding and experience with multi-factor authentication and Identity Management systems (LDAP, Kerberos, OAuth2).
  • Comfortable with basic computer hardware troubleshooting and setup/relocation of video conferencing and telephony equipment.
  • Able to coordinate vendors and define basic specifications for procurement.
  • Calm, organized, patient disposition with good communication skills (spoken/written) in English and a technical diploma in a related field.

Nice to have

  • Experience with deployment, device management, and asset management tools.
  • Experience with the administration of Google Gsuite and Atlassian JIRA and Confluence products.
  • Knowledge and experience with CRM tools like Zendesk, Salesforce, and experience with Internet service and telecommunications equipment.
  • Experience with IPSEC and SSL VPN remote access configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Specialist vendor hardware training or certification (Dell / HP / Lenovo / Cisco / Fortigate).
