Location: Billund, Denmark; hybrid work with an expectation of at least three days per week in the Billund office.

What you will do

• Lead creative accountability for packaging and product communication across multiple projects and franchises.
• Direct visual storytelling and creative execution through internal teams, freelancers, and strategic partners.
• Shape visual identities and principal designs for packaging, balancing creative ambition with production feasibility.
• Translate marketing objectives and briefs into compelling product communication and activation.
• Navigate collaboration across Marketing, IP Partners, hirify.global Designers, and other stakeholders.
• Contribute to cross-functional initiatives, creative improvements, and the development of other designers.

Requirements

• Proven senior-level experience as an Art Director or Graphic Designer.
• Strong track record in visual product and packaging communication.
• Ability to translate marketing objectives into compelling creative executions.
• Structured, proactive, self-driven, and resilient approach to creative leadership.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire, align, and engage teams and partners.
• Ability to provide clear creative direction and foster collaboration across stakeholders.
