TL;DR
Product Owner (Blockchain): Building, integrating, and deploying blockchain and digital asset platforms for enterprise and institutional clients with an accent on API integration, event-driven architectures, and production readiness. Focus on implementing distributed systems across cloud, hybrid, and on-premise environments, solving integration and deployment issues, and stabilizing client platforms after go-live.
Location: On-site in Switzerland, with a focus on Zurich, Geneva, and Lugano

What you will do
- Implement and deploy blockchain and digital asset solutions for enterprise and institutional clients.
- Build and configure solution components based on defined architectures and platform patterns.
- Integrate products with core banking, custody, payments, treasury, vendor, and third-party systems.
- Implement APIs, data flows, and event-driven integrations across distributed systems.
- Support CI/CD, infrastructure configuration, environment setup, testing, go-live, and production stabilization.
- Troubleshoot integration, performance, and deployment issues while improving reusable solution patterns and documentation.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in software engineering, solution engineering, platform engineering, or system integration.
- Hands-on experience with multi-system platforms in fintech, financial services, or security-sensitive environments.
- Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, modern deployment practices, CI/CD pipelines, and API-based and event-driven architectures.
- Solid programming skills in at least one of Python, Go, Java, Rust, or a similar language.
- Understanding of authentication, authorization, encryption, and other security fundamentals.
- Required languages: Swiss German, German, French, and English.
Nice to have
- Experience with blockchain or digital asset platforms such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, or Layer-2 networks.
- Familiarity with distributed systems, messaging technologies, Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
- Experience in regulated banking, custody, or payments environments.
- Interest in developing toward a Solution Architect role and in Bitcoin-based financial infrastructure.
