Head Of Infrastructure (Blockchain)

Location: Remote from anywhere in the world, or onsite in Tbilisi; relocation support to Tbilisi is available.

What you will do

• Lead and grow the infrastructure department by identifying key roles and recruiting specialists.
• Improve infrastructure stability and fault tolerance from 99.5% to 99.9% uptime through redundancy and failure testing.
• Assess the SaaS platform architecture and create a migration plan for on-premises deployment.
• Develop CI/CD processes using tools such as Jenkins and GitLab CI.
• Maintain reliable testing and production infrastructure with monitoring, logging, and alerting.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of Unix-like systems and networking technologies.
• Extensive database experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Elasticsearch.
• Experience with KVM, LXC, Docker, and Kubernetes environments.
• Understanding of Infrastructure as Code and experience building fault-tolerant systems.
• Proficiency in Bash or Python scripting.
• Knowledge of OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities and mitigation principles.
