Senior AI Engineer | remote
We are Qatar Insurance Company (#QIC), the leading insurance provider in GCC since 1964. Our vision is to make the first Digital Ecosystem in the region by combining insurance and non-insurance services in one platform.
Currently, we are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to embed advanced AI into core business processes and client-facing products.
Ideal candidate:
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a focus on production systems
- Advanced Python skills, FastAPI/Flask for API
- Hands-on experience with LLM tools
- English B2+
What we offer
- Long-term service agreement contract with QIC
- Full-time remote, work schedule: 5 days per week, Sunday to Thursday

- Performance reviews are conducted twice a year
