Location: Hybrid in Luxembourg with relocation possibility

hirify.global builds a trusted digital identity platform enabling privacy-first verification across fintech, credentials, supply chain, and gaming, operating globally with hubs in Luxembourg, Paris, Seoul, and San Francisco.

What you will do

  • Support recruitment and talent acquisition across global functions including Engineering, Product, Design, Operations, Marketing, and Business
  • Help shape strategy related to EU regulatory frameworks such as eIDAS 2.0, AML, GDPR, and MiCA
  • Build and grow partnerships with financial institutions, regulators, and enterprise clients in Benelux and EU
  • Bridge Luxembourg’s institutional ecosystem with global hubs
  • Contribute to European Digital Identity Wallet and OpenWallet Foundation initiatives
  • Establish and scale hirify.global’s presence in Luxembourg and Europe

Requirements

  • Location: Based in or willing to relocate to Luxembourg
  • English: Fluent (C1+)
  • Familiarity or curiosity about EU financial regulation, digital identity, or regtech
  • Comfortable working in multilingual, multicultural, and cross-border environments
  • Thrives in fast-moving, asynchronous, globally distributed teams
